BALSAMIC (vinegar) HEALING

This cocktail uses luxury ingredients, first of all Balsamic vinegar, combined in refined unique way. It aims to celebrate a local fine ingredient, needing love of producer to wait for it to be aged at least seven years, being promoted and protected by local Consortium.

Cognac, Cointreau and ice cream are to be accurately shaken in order to, then, fill the glass very softly. Balsamic vinegar should be added with spiral/twist movement in order to let it sink to the bottom of the glass creating a flower/star decoration inside the glass. This cocktail, even if served into a chilled martini glass, needs to be appreciated with a straw, preferably a metal one.

This would be perfect in a special diplomatic menu or business dinner with first ladies.

Glass : chilled glass cocktail,
Building Method : Shake and fine strain and sink, no ice.

Cognac : 1 1/2 oz
Cointreau : ½ oz
Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream : 1 ½
Balsamic Vinegar aged at least 12 years : ½ or 3/4 upon the vinegar

 

This would be perfect in a special diplomatic menu or business dinner with first ladies.
